Software development is the translation of a business need or marketing goal into a software product. All projects undertaken by us are effectively monitored throughout to reach a successful, timely, and on-budget delivery.

We can work with off-the-shelf software where necessary to help to save time and money, or we can build full software solutions from scratch. We develop software interactively with our clients, with regular discussions, updates and structured rollout approach. This approach delivers real business value, quickly, and ensures that we never lose sight of our client’s end business goals.

Every application we complete and deliver to clients has key modules. We have these in our extensive "module" library. This library forms the basis of any new development project, as it contains solutions to many different types of business objectives. In many cases we find that most of the required functions are already available.

1. Initial fact-finding meeting and proposal..
Depending on the size of project or solution, a proposal may be written providing outline requirements, budgets and timescales. For smaller developments, we may be able to provide a fixed price quotation at this stage. For larger projects and solutions we will meet with the client to help us understand the high-level requirements and to present in detail our offering as a potential supplier. Further meetings and open lines of communication may be necessary.

2. Build & Implementation
This is the main project build phase and normally we work closely with users to finalise the specifications, architecture design, feedback, test plans and installation timeframes. We discuss and agree key performance indicators are normally discussed and agreed. What information, how it is presented and who it is communicated or accessed by, are all part of the implementation stage.

3. Rollout and Ongoing Support.
As all our development projects are online, we can access the data and help get the most from it. Data cleansing and data mining services have helped our clients maximise their return on investment. Our team use the "Pareto Law" approach to data; for example we believe that approx 80% of a company’s business will be generated by 20% of sales. Using this approach we can quickly identify "sweet spots" and trends in all sorts of data and display this in an array of simple ways.
